Shipping Policy

Shipping within the USA-We proudly have free Shipping for all USPS First Class and USPS Priority for orders over $30.  Expedited Express shipping services are not included in Free Shipping for orders over the $30 Policy.

As of 1/03/2021, we are now shipping to Canada!  We wish we could offer free shipping to Canada; however, this is not economically possible.  We ship via USPS, the least costly shipping method for our Canadian friends!


We take great pride in offering you effective products made with premium ingredients, and our mission is that you love how these work for your skin! Please try our products worry-free. If you do not love your products, we offer a 30 Day Refund Policy from the original date of your purchase.
If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. 

Process for Return & Refund:

To process a return communicate to us via a message to within 30 days of purchase. Please reference your Order Number. We will quickly email you a return United States Post Office Shipping Label.  Your return postmark must be within 35 days of your purchase (shipping leeway of 5 days).

When we receive the package, a refund will be promptly issued (within 24 hours of our receipt of the package) to your original payment method.
Your credit card company may take a few days before your refund is officially posted to your bank/credit card or PayPal account (that part is beyond our control). 

Replacements of Damaged Merchandise

We take great care in packaging your order for shipment; however, an order may be received in a damaged state in rare instances. Please send us an email immediately (within two days of your receipt of the damaged item) to inform us of the item damaged in shipping. Including a photo of the damaged item in the original packaging is helpful in your email and relieves the necessity of returning the damaged item to us.

We will send you a replacement promptly upon receipt of the damaged item or a photo of the damaged item.

Shipping costs, if any, of the original purchase are non-refundable (unless the item was received in a damaged state, as described above).

About Allergies or Sensitivities:

Skincare products contain many ingredients used in the preparation of each formula. These ingredients are all listed on each product page. It is up to the Customer to review those ingredients and know which ingredients are incompatible with her skin. It is impossible to produce allergy-free or adverse reaction-free products for all people. Should a customer have an allergic or sensitive reaction to one of our products, we do not have, nor do we assume any liability other than, as a courtesy, the refunding of the purchase price to the Customer.  Please communicate with us via so that we can work out a refund/replacement solution.
