Shipping Policy
Shipping within the USA: We proudly offer free USPS Ground Advantage Mail (previously known as USPS First Class) and USPS Priority Mail for orders over $30.
Expedited Express, Overnight, or UPS Expedited shipping services are not included in Free Shipping.
Shipping to Canada: We are now shipping to Canada! We wish we could offer free shipping to Canada; however, this is not economically possible. We ship via USPS, the least costly shipping method for our Canadian friends!
Returns/Refunds
Please try our products worry-free! If you do not love your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund Policy from the original date of your purchase.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
To process a return: simply communicate to us via a message to Info@Charseffectives.com within 30 days of purchase. Please reference your Order Number and which item(s) you would like to return. We will quickly email you a post-paid return United States Post Office Shipping Label. Your return postmark must be within 35 days of your purchase (leeway of 5 days).
You will promptly be issued a refund for your qualified return within 24 hours of receiving your returned item(s). You will receive an email notifying you.
Your credit card company may take a few days before your refund is posted to your bank/credit card or PayPal account ( that part is beyond our control).
Replacements of Damaged Merchandise:
We take great care in packaging your order for shipment; however, in rare instances, an order may be received in a damaged state. Please send us an email within two days of your receipt of the damaged item to inform us of the item damaged in shipping. Please include a photo of the damaged item in the original packaging.
Our email address is Info@CharsEffectives.com. If you cannot upload a photo of the damaged item, please request a Return Shipping Label and send us your damaged item.
We will send you a replacement promptly upon receipt of the damaged item or a photo of the damaged item.

Shipping costs, if any, of the original purchase are non-refundable (unless the item was received in a damaged state, as described above).

About Allergies or Sensitivities:
Skincare products contain many ingredients used in the preparation of each formula. These ingredients are all listed on each product page. It is up to the Customer to review those ingredients and know which ingredients are incompatible with her/his skin.
It is impossible to produce 100% allergy-free or adverse reaction-free products for all people. Should a customer have a sensitive reaction to one of our products, we do not have any liability other than, as a courtesy, the refunding of the purchase price to the Customer. Please communicate with us via Info@charseffectives.com so that we can work out a refund/replacement solution.
